In a previous video of yours I made a comment basically saying that you should stick to the type of content that has worked well for you which is informative and entertaining medium length videos about business related topics or interesting people. Seeing your recent podcast with the brainwashing expert blow up made me realise that I was completely wrong. Well done, never listen to people who don't see your vision I guess. - insert inspirational Steve Jobs quote -

@@leonjhendrixI was listening to the sad stories I was subconsciously telling myself until I realized how negatively I was speaking about my life. Then I realized it wasn’t true. There’s so much we accomplished You’re doing great man just recognize that if it’s happening to you. Only one critique if I have your attention, Your previous videos were edited more and felt more engaging. Not a bad thing now but just observing that it’s different and the energy you’re bringing isn’t the same. You’ve done great things and that’s all it needs to be. Release some of the pressure you have. ❤

I was interested in understanding dopamine better. I was so glad to find your video. It’s refreshing to watch a video and the host isn’t afraid to think out loud, give examples, and provide different perspectives. I can’t stand the fast paced videos these days. This video was helpful and high quality. Great job. 😊

There are days and days, but the most important thing is focus, if we focus, we can achieve everything, and just like low-income people, they won't have this LAZINESS because they are literally down there, and they will do everything to get out. Furthermore, if we always focus on this we will always have excess dopamine, I talked a little about this in a video on my channel.

Thank you for this high quality one. I must admit I'm familiar with 99% of sources you've mentioned (hurray algorithm). Didn't know about the Dan Bikzerian thing, but I'm glad to know he suffers just as we do. That said, I have ADHD, and what I struggle with is finding that healthy balance. I've become pretty good at saying no to fast dopamine. But how do I know I'm not under-dopamining myself? The past 2 years I basically gave up every form of quick dopamine, but I'm ALWAYS understimulated and don't enjoy anything anymore.(That includes food, sex, nice weather, materialistic stuff, anything really) I'm very patient but am in constant debate whether I should just give in to the 'cravings' because the low dopamine also has very narly side effects. The only hope I have left are ice baths, but they are very impractical imo. (Idk how people produce so f*cking much ice on daily basis). Yet again thanks for this incredibly valuable video and will apply these tips asap. 🙏🏻

😇Leon is truly enlightening and innovative. The idea of harnessing addictive techniques used in social media to fuel our passion for challenging work is both intriguing and empowering. 😀I admire Leon for not only discovering these strategies but also committing to implementing them in his own life. 🙃I am inspired by the concept of using dopamine hacks for personal growth and success. I look forward to applying these strategies myself and embracing the power of hard work and determination. 😉Thank you, Leon, for sharing these valuable insights!

Some suggestions: script your message, and then edit. Wait a week, and edit again. Reduce the length by at least 40%. And during the week, learn something about evolutionary biology and what drives evolution. I speak as a biologist, and an editor.

Just take the example of Jeremy Clarkson, and old silly man who in his late career has done more to increase farming and environmental awareness than anybody the experts in the field. All because he has 40+ years of putting in the reps that now a simple farming show gets people talking and going out to support farmers on a scale not seen before.
