I know this video is pretty old but did you try making a script with the two values in the bottom left that actually didn't change to zero? 1:48 (address 02B2A338 in the video the 3 hex values) if you add that as a 4 byte address then freeze it. its the actual rapid fire. Rapid fire in most games now a days does not return to 0, I'm sure you've gotten a lot better at cheat engine by now and if you make a script you can just mov 0 into it and its faster than freezing it. just a heads up.

Another tip.. you can change the Display Type inside the "Memory Viewer" by right-clicking on where the HEX values are and then changing it to your desired value type
