Mera beta dhanush 4.10 year ka hain usko 1 sal se therapy leke ja rahi hu. But uska sound sensory issue ja hi nahi raha hain jab bhi usse time mile tab hat pakad ke humming karata rahata hain. Badi awaj main baat karenge to humming se hi response karata hain par us wakt baat Karke mana nahi karata. Usko mall me kuchh chahiye to wo cheez leke aata hain main na karu to rakh bhi deta hain agar na na bhi kahu to expression or voice tonning se samajh jata hain. Muze samajh nahi rahu huin ke uske sath deal kaise karu kyonki mera 2.5 year ka 1 aur beta hain muze dononko handle karte wakt emotions care kaise karu dhanush ki. Muze pata hai bahut lamba type kiya pr jo dil me aya wo type kiya. Waise viraj is very cute boy god bless

Ma’am I never got if my daughter had meltdown or tantrum because she when do so is always after me n watch if I m around and than make sure she is safe . It started happen first in lockdown with disturbance in her sleep cycle , than when we moved from US to Canada in a 14 day quarantine , it was a very shity place we were stuck in someone’s low height basement. Than when I bought her to INdia , but it went away with change of milk , it generally is very severe now like head banging ( but goes with simithicone or pain medicine or comes during severe nasal congestion) . I never understood whether it meltdowns or not. My daughter is diagnosed with non autistic developmental delay by a developmental paediatrician in Chandigarh. I am very confused as she shows some symptoms but no repetitive moments good toy playing , little bit pretend play . Some instruction following . Right word usage but only in case of utmost need.

Autism in girls actually reflects differently which not all doctors can identify.. try and take two to three opinions and do not trust just one.. also use the strategies i have discussed in speech and language development video that will help ur baby girl.. also start with outdoors with her like parka malls etc

Hi Ina Mera beta 3 year ka hai uska screen time kafi jyada tha 2 month se 0 screen hai. Uski kuch understanding aayi h pehle kuch nhi btata tha Bs rota tha ab gesture se kuch chize btane lga hai. Uski understanding kese achi kru.

Mam my son is 5 yes old i can't assist his behavior becoz he was playing with car in school,when we leaving at that time he stated cring as he want that car but from that time to approx 1 hour he continously crying, shouting, and not even listing I give him new toys also usually he stops,but that day he can't,and then sleep...what is that means is it meltdown...and this process very sunndly stated from 3 days..before that his improving very well..

Hello my daughter is 25 month old not officially diagnose yet as she is young but developmental pediatrician said she has risk of autism which can be diagnosed when she turn 3. Anyways we have started therapy mainly sensory integration but not satisfied with it as in school where we started doesn't have occupational therapist, only special education teachers are there. I heard in one video you mentioned about home ot plan. So can you suggest occupational therapist which can give me home plan. I am based in gujrat. And at my location not many experience therapist are available which I can trust. I just want to work on my daughter at home as I feel it will give better results but don't know where to start.

Hello mam,my son is approx 2.8 years old ,he have a moderate to severe autism with SPD ,from last 1 n half months we have started therapy of OT n special education,,but jab bhi wo therapy center jata hai ,gate pe hi shivvering karne lagta hai n therapy me approx full time rota hai,,pehle ghar pe n ghar ke bahar walk bhi karta tha lekin kuch dino se ,ghar se bahar walk karne me bhi darta hai,agar karta bhi hai to hath pakadke hi walk karta hai,,n agar hath chor diya to zameen pe baith jata hai,pehle to esa ni tha,so is this a meltdown??n agar ghar me bhi hum agar use activy like blocks wagera karane lagte hai to blocks etc to dekhte hi rone lagta hai n continue rota hai..mujhe esa lagta hai ki therapist abhi tak usse bond ni bana payi hai.n m confuse ki therapy center use le bhi jau ki nahi?therapy dene se uska dar aur badh gaya hai.ya phir therapist change karu bcz therapist se kuch pucho to batati bhi ni hai khulke n esa lagta hai unko jyada kuch pata bhi ni hai.plz suggest what to do,,??balki apki video dekhke mujhe bahut si knowledge milti hai,n thnku very much for sharing precious knowledge in social platform by which every parents can help their kids.

Thank u dear.. in case agar ap class mein nai bethte toh ap bethiye and agar they dont allow pls change the center or do it urself sometimes they just behave very badly with the kid and u would not know i went to one center where i saw they tied a child to the chair and when i asked why they said warna vo uthke bhag jata hai i mean what kind of inhumane behavior was it with a little child i just could not stand it..

Very helpful info. I have a situation Ina. My son is 5 years and he goes to kindergarten.(leaves home at 7 in the morning and comes back at 3pm). Recently he has started crying every evening saying he does not want to go to school and he goes to bed crying and wakes up crying everyday for going to school. I have observed kee evening hote heen shuru ho jata hein ( same questions he asks us - is it evening now, should we sleep now, do I have school tomorrow) and ends up crying that he does not want to go to school. Please suggest something for me.

Talk to school staff is there something thats bothering him.. could be the reason.. and could be an issue of excessive noise and things like that attach a motivation to go to school for example after school take him to any of his fav places which u can take easily.. like a park , a mall.. or anything which u feel he would love.. attaching a motivation helps a lot of kids and these are called non materialistic positive reinforcements ❤️

We spoke to his class teacher and she said that my son would cry for 15 mnts or so in the beginning of the class and then he is fine. More crying he does at home when it gets evening because he remembers that it is time to sleep and next day he has to go school 🙃 2. I have few more questions. My son likes playing a game on phone so one day I told him that if he needs to play with phone then he needs to earn by going to school without crying and it worked. May be I can also try with his favorite food item and it ll work. My question is this good approach? I am not able to attract him to non materialistic things like park etc. One more thing since the covid cases are increasing again we have stopped him from going to school as of now. Planning to resume from next Monday.

I really want to know about viraj step wise step how he improved...dont want to compare him coz every kid is different...but coz my child has shown many improvements in a year so just curious to know...how long it takes for them to Express themselves if they have improved in almost all other areas? Also did you ever tried for homeopathy medicine for viraj?

Not yet no medicines only practise and work.. he had taken around two years to start showing improvement.. non verbal communication and gestures have completely transformed postively in him.. eye contact is about 75 percent roughly.. most of the times 100 percent when he is trying to show anger.. with his peers hundred percent eye contact with the same height kids.. with adults still has issue in eye contact.. verbal expression and little bit of hyperactivity is major concern as of now.. working on hyperactivity and un deratanding a lot because verbal expression will follow once he starts to understand..started with him around when he was 3.10 total screen shutdown and i believe things started changing at a faster pace when we started visiting outdoors , malls, shopping, gatherings, etc

My child if needs anything she tries to get it by herself..but never asks...I applied that trick that keeping her fav toy in a place where she cannot reach...she do cry and push us over there and says something in her own language or I can say she babbles but never says what we are asking her to say...and this all goes on hardly for 5 minutes... have observed that she has very silent n disciplined kind of personality and she never do any ziddi behavior
