Exactly. I go to other's house for home tuition where children's behaviour is not good. They are also poor in studies. Their parents always complaint me about their bad performance and behaviour but don't say a word to them😢

Respected sir/ madam, To be a Strict Teacher, First of all discipline in choice of words while speaking,writing is very necessary that too by birth. If not by birth then one needs to practice it. Being strict without scolding is such a task in a class that does not need any physical appearance like a pretty face or horror face. Though expressions play a pivotal role. But One cannot show a single expression continuously especially when the children do not respond to it. Thank you

Do not expect much from students now a days. They don't even listen to their parents but being teacher u have to be unique in your own ways for content delivery and don't judge students on basis of their learning abilities, for bad behaviour of students always control your temper in class ,when they argue in front of all students don't make it harsh, counseling them seperately will help you to build teacher student interaction..

Im doing all of these and still i face problem only with some boys in the class. I ask them to read, write, learn, sleep but don't disturb the class. But still they do. Aur mujhe light lene lag jate hy. And the teachers with 10+ years experience they're very strict. And they don't care about student at all. And i as a teacher willing to bring atleast a little change so that students don't hate their teachers. But now students emotionally humiliate teachers. Not all but a few especially male students of age 15 to 17. I get really stressed and im willing to improve and change myself. Kindly give more tips on healthy relationship of student and teacher.

just tell them by insult to get out fck that parents by insulting them ..and tell that internal marks and suspension on next misbehaviour and principal has to be strict thats it problem will permanent gone..only one student example can discipline all students....thats it..lalu babu sona krme se smjhane se khuch nh hone vala..bache ka marks srf uski gand maste sekam ata hai aur family problem se unhe khuch lena denanh kyuki unhe apni nibi ke dard se lena dena hota hai ye hai aj ke low level kids..

Nowadays children have short attention span and they have free access to media where they are learning both good and bad things. Most parents are working and have no time for kids. Children don't want to write or do class work instead they exchange noted on WhatsApp... Is this Digital India?? I think parents, educators and students should work out as a team. After 2 years of covid, children don't even know class room discipline, no etiquettes and don't want to write at all.

Sir i am a patrol/prefect in school and i usually control and look over grade 3 4 students. The problem i face alot in school assembly is they keep talking. When i go to one student ,other talks when i go to other one then another student starts talking.
