Hello, you came to my school one day and your speech touched me, I wanted to get a picture but to be honest just to be able to hear your speech was a blessing enough, you are such a wonderful person in this world and I thank you for taking the time out of your life to go to my school, I still wear the bracelet "because I said I would " , I made so many promise cards and I have kept them all , I thank you so much for being who you are and thank you , I am very sorry for repeating my self but I am just so thankful for being able to see you and hear your word's! I don't make promises I can't keep because I value honesty. Try dating someone who promised to bring you around family and settle down with you on several occasions then breaks up with you over and over. Despite you opening up and expressing your love, they still push you away and blame you for it. But they dont apologize or own up to it. No. I don't do this because I'd never put someone through this. And yea I can say this with confidence because I am not this type of person. Whether it not it happens doesnt give people a free pass and we dont have to tolerate it. Not saying that's what is being said here in this video. I even asked them to explain and I got a weird story and the person changed the subject. This flustered me even more. There was a lack of care in explaining. It was then I expected accountability. Ownership of dishonesty is wise as you mentioned. Hard to get over it if the person has done nothing to fix it. Then later turned arguments on me demanding I explain when I didn't do an action close to what he did. I resent that. Sucks. They should watch this video because the steps are reasonable and can be effective.

im going though this with my dad but he continues to do so and he promises things i dont even ask for i get my hopes up never see it tho he promises he gonna take me to a place and never does it yesterday i asked him to take me to walmart and i made him promise he'll take me woke up and hes gone didnt even take me with him and hes only running errands and he wont come back til nighttime and by that time walmarts closed for pandemics its like he doesnt understand hes breaking my trust in him i only got like 20 percent trust in him to follow through with something, thats why i am now learning no matter what he says dont get your hopes up

In Canada we rarely have nice days where I live and today was one of them. A friend of mine said that he will go to the park with his brother but decided to ditch us even though he made a promise and left us sitting at home while he was playing baseball. Unfriended him for that

I recently met someone who future faked the heck out of relationship. It was so weird. He constantly said we should meet on particular days then always ghosted. Its not like he ever made a direct promise to show up on these days but to me each time he suggested that we do so then ghosted in my mind he broke soul contracts .
