It's so very hard letting go of someone, especially if you thought they were the one, the one you'd change your whole life for, the one you'd die for. The emotions you go through, ripping you apart inside, and showing itself with so many tears on the outside. Thinking what you've done wrong, what they've done wrong. Thank you for this video. My mind and heart are battling to let go or not to let go. Letting go of someone you love is hard but I have been very patient and understanding. I love myself, too. After 2.75 years, my bf changed. I saw him following young sexy girls at FB. We talked about it but our relationship has never been the same. We seldom see each other now. I sometimes ignore him when he would message me "hi" because there were times that he would just cut the video call and disappear and that hurts. I love him but I don't deserve to be treated that way. I felt that God directed me here to send me a message. I know that God will bless me with a kind hearted man who deserve my love. Man this touched my heart. It's so true that during painful times looking for love, we beat ourselves up too much. I'm definitely guilty of that but In the end, we need to love ourselves first before we can have someone else see the light in us and love us for who we are. I have held on to someone for 2 years. After a year and a half the guy said he is not ready for a relationship because he does not like to be questioned and does not want to be held accountable for someone's emotions. I was fine at first but started to feel like well how do you get to a relationship eventually without questions... but I still felt like there was hope... then he slowly pushed away... now he is dealing with someone else... and it sucks so bad. I would talk to him EVERYDAY FOR 2 YEARS. He became my best friend... but I am unable to just be a friend and I had to let go... I deleted and blocked him from everything.. like erasing memories permanently... I feel like he won't even care that I am gone and he won't miss me... so THANK YOU for this video... if he doesn't miss me.... then it just wasn't ment to be... life goes on and I must go with it.... find self love and get rid of my negative unhelpful habits... and maybe one day I can be ok with just being friends again. At least he was honest be he just making an excuse.. I just recently got out in a relationship a year ago... I did what I could .. communicated, love, affection and attention even after long hours from work.. my happiness was making her happy... but somehow she stopped caring and being the person she used to be... sad that even my family saw a big difference in her as well... she turned to a disrespectful person .. not wanting to be loved and questioning me who I’m going to go see or why I’m dressed so pretty with make up.. I’m 100% faithful her trust issues from her past got the best of her... soo I felt like I didn’t existed to her even if she was sitting close by me.. I asked myself.. do I continue being mistreated , hurt, disrespected, unloved?? I had enough sooo fuuck it let her realize what she had .. but she doesn’t miss me... she text me in April this year telling me how her family , job, and grown adult son takes so much of her time... smfh same excuse everyday .. I deserve better we all do but someday we’ll see why it didn’t work out... keep your head up we’ll make it
