There is problem in name of variable. Try to use same name as you used in your data.

Verify that the SPSS file you're trying to import is in a compatible format with Amos.

Actually, Amos requires that all variables in a model have names. Just name them and for this purpose, you can also use a plugin.

Sir, I need a help. While doing confirmatory factor analysis in AMOS 22, when I click on calculate estimates, I get the error message - System Arguement exception. The path is not of legal form.............. Please guide how do I resolve this problem !

Hi... Before attempting to run the analysis from a new AMOS project, open the File menu and click Save As and re-run the model again. I hope this will be helpful. Good luck
