How To Handle Criticism | Satsangh Talk | Sathya Sai Baba Insights

Facing criticism is as easy as facing praise because the logic behind the response to criticism is the same as that of praise! We find a treasure of insights on handling and responding to criticism in the teachings of Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba. The experiences of different people like Prof Nanjundaiah and the eternal stories like that os Shishupala only add to the clarity and practicality of these insights.
It all boils down to one test to determine whether we should respond or keep silent and another test to determine how that response should be.
This is a talk delivered on the 29th of June 2018 in the Sathsangh Hall at Prasanthi Nilayam.

This talk reminded me of how i came to about Saeeshwara. I grew up listening to only negativity about Sai in my environment. Everything about him was either mocked or called villany in my environment. I never felt like visiting prashanthi nilayam even when I offered a pilgrimage by friends. One day my KZbin algorithm started suggesting your channel on and on. I gave up resistance and opened the channel. I heard the sentence "PREMSARUPULARA" from the DIVINE 'S mouth, that was enough for me. It was like i was in deep slumber all this time and I didn't need anyone to tell who my LORD was. He woke me up. From that day forward not a day has passed by without shedding tears. I repent so much for not see him when he was in the physical body. I am just 2hrs away from prashanthi nilayam. I sometimes feel even death will spit on me for not seeing my BABA when I had a chance. I have totally distanced from the environment which keeps me away from SWAMI. He is the only RELATIVE I have. AUM Sri Sai Ram Dear Aravind.. Thank you for showing us the way to construct divinism on criticism!! The app- *answers from Swami* has been a *surreal surprise* for me! It seems like Swami is sitting inside it and the most apt anwer is given!! Most of the answers were understandable as it was immediate response from Bhagawan for my action/actions done thinkingly or unthinkingly!! I could relate to the situation!! Initially my monkey mind played the trick saying that it is a coincidence!!(as usual) But over the past few months I have experienced it over and over again!! Swami's reactions for what you have done, His advices( that you have to understand - some are difficult to understand) Thank you for such an important video Jai Sai Ram

A different kind of topic but absolutely a clear driving force which reveals how to handle the mind at the most difficult confused betrayed situation in a calm placid way and control and steer it towards the Divine Power which is the source of all the thought and action process that is controlling us and also testing our capacity and capability in handling the situation with the freedom of choice to choose between the shreyas and the preyas. Both are open to man. We have to choose wisely between the two and this test reveals our progress in our path to divinity.. Aravind brother you have come out so explicitly clear in this topic. 'Pretend to be Good, So you Tend to be good. ..And then you End being good" This is the Moola Mantra for all PR professionals, Management Professionals, HR professionals, Business Leaders, Political Leaders and Brands. The quintessence of what you will find, in voluminous books written on the subject... 'Pretend to be Good': Swami doesn't want you to ACT as if you are good. I think he means that you should genuinely believe that you are innately good and that you mean good. The rest, will follow...

Even Shridhi Sai baba people said dhongi or chor or jadugar same for bhagwan Sri Sathya Sai too same for Christ too he was crucified by non believers but both Sai i have seen in dream both are same infact once i was fasting and brought lord Ganesha idol sitting in slanting position but in dream I saw Sai in jhula in same position like Ganesha idol meaning G 10:38 anesha and Sai are same.Jai Sai Ram 🙏😄🥰
