3 months reactjs me internship karne ka baad 1 saal job ke liye try kiya. Interview to dur ki baat ek call tak nahi aya. Fir mene 3 saal ka experience dala aur din me 10 15 call ane laga After somany struggle mene interview crack kar liya. Wo bhi approximately 100 interview ke baad and the funfact is mujhe English tak thik se bolna nahi ata tha😂. anyway i got a opportunity of 14lpa without any variable. In hand 107k. Last 6 mahine se kam kar raha hu.. jo English ke liye itna dar tha uska koi jarurat hi nahi pada. Bas stand up meeting me jo bolna hota hai abhi bhi likh ke rakhta hu😂.. waise experience me job pane ke liye khud ko experience developer samjhna bahat jaruri hai.

Kudos bro...I have seen so many videos against fake exp but they never understood the point. If the candidate has the skill and has confidence that he can work then fake exp is the only way else no one is going to give opportunity because ultimately it is business for the company. One thing that should change is this mindset of HR , interviewers is that experience showing on resume is not same as the skill. The interview process should be tough (fake or not fake) only that way they hire true talent. Relying only on experience shows their laziness or the interviewer himself is not confident enough ..

I have a question. I worked in an ABC company (non IT ) as chat support associate for 8 months and then I worked in XYZ company ( non IT ) as content moderator for 3 months. I have all the documents from those 2 companies I worked for including PF. Now I want to switch into IT industry as a web developer. Sometime exactly opposite happen some candidate learn new concept only for interview on KZbin Interview hack etc. and get selected for the roll but later they can't handle job requirement and become headache for project manager. Now a day's this is become risk especially for IT Company to solely select candidate on basis of Interview. due to which most of the MNC are now depending on Reference instead giving direct opportunity to candidate.

I worked in Non-IT for 3 years. For my career growth I was shifted to IT. So what I did is I learned a course. After that I prepared well after that I was shortlisted in one of the India's Big4 company. So I kept fake experience there. After joining in the company after 2 months I was fired because I caught by experience. After this bad experience I again prepared well for interviews. I was again shortlisted in big MNC company. This time I was not kept any fake experience but i kept my Non-IT experience where I was managed as IT company. I need some help that can I do like that where I kept my Non-IT experience as IT experience. I so worried in my latest company I was joined . Please help me.

I would suggest to not fake it, bcos if the interviewer starts asking u about ur experience, then he/she will make sure that u know the fine details about the work u have done till date. Even if u clear the job interview, there is a possibility of additional internal client interview(in service based), and if that happens, the remaining interview would then be a struggle

That's why I gave a suggestion. But no one is forcing you to follow it, ur life..... do whatever u want to....

When you search the job, Cloud computing and DevOps are in boom all around for better salaries. What are the option remaining to you.. tell truth I know only Linux and want to switch in cloud... No one is going to hire. company need at least 3 years of exp in same domain in which you are looking. So we have the compulsion of learn cloud side by side for 6 month and telling them lie that Yes I have 2 years of Linux and 3 years of Cloud exp. Other option I do not see. If you have any...welcome to your suggestion. And one other myth I see mostly that people take interviewer too seriously. My Question is who become the interviewer.. you and me or any freshers can become after some experience. He is not so called he know know every thing, he can judge you very seriously.
