I am the same way! Everytime I am consistent I experience a stillness. For a few moments I am lost and then I come back! I am relieved that falling down and getting back up is OK in spiritual practice also, just like everything else in life. I was feeling so low and then this video comes up! How does Sir know what I need everytime?

Hi Vimraj, I'm feeling your comments. 🐦 Some sort of acceptance of a razor's edge (or greased pole), the joy of climbing high and sorrow when fallen. ⚡Like! 'Let them enjoy Maya." What that says to me is being unattached, that enjoy goes together with Maya's suffering, that this can be a blessing to discover joy. ⚡Like! 'what can one do!' another razor's edge, surrender to the flow or swim against it. Maybe both? Swim for muscle and to learn navigation. Float to surrender to a direction and to being carried, to incubate and germinate.
