There is no path. There is no goal. When you reach there, there is no there. Gratitude is instantaneous. Total darkness instantly disappears when a candle is lit. But! Until you have no body, you must obey the body, without attachment. Healthy food, zero stimulants, no drugs or procrastination. Obedience in gratitude becomes the habit. Consistent exercise, stretching, breathing exercises and sleep. Balance in all things. New moon & full moon are gateways to information during meditation. Moderate fasting appropriate for each season. To know, to dare, to do and to be silent … oops
