Nice vid man, I'm a newbie call center agent from NY and I gotta say your vid is the most informative for beginners in a way that your tips are simplified and straight to the point yet it has depth and meaningful. Your comedic call samples is a plus too kinda entertaining, unlike those other call center vids here in yt which are process focused which I found boring. awesome work, you earned my sub 👍 :)

Thanks man, yeah what I focused on is the basis or the general rules and principles about dealing with an irate customer. My tips may be simple or stating the obvious but most process-wise and those by the book standard operating procedures about handling irate calls were often rooted down from these basic tips that I mentioned, and I tried to make it interesting by using metaphors and a little bit of chinese philosophy of taoist flow, credits to Bruce Lee and Lao Tzu. glad you like it, thanks man 😄
