Whatever you said , i already tried "Not responding to mails, not available in meetings, delaying work etc" One day my mgr schedule call to discuss my performance(I was happy ) but still instead of releasing me and putting me on PIP she said I trust you , you can improve and gave me speech to improve performance blah blah 😂😂 Hence I didn't get release 😢😢

Bro I have told the Hr that I have 30 day notice period but I have 90 days notice period. The new hr can extend it to 45 day. For the rest 45 days do managers agree to release if I can buy out

But how should I tackle this 90 days notice period and mainly I want to get in better tech stack or project but the work experience I have isn't really helping me much , do you think after a year as a data engineer (AWS,python, SQL) I can switch to a developer based role(preferably backend developer, since I know node and springboot) but given market situation will my experience help me in any way or will I be still treated as fresher

Nobody is terminated they are asked to resign forcibly.If you say you are terminated it's assumed your behavior with lady colleagues was bad only in such extreme cases employees are terminated and not even provided work experience.
