Ok, I have one. I follow this method, they are NEVER easy peel. Its annoying considering I am following the method in Pampered Chef's instructions. I have to modify the technique with the steam valve open, it takes longer BUT it's easy peel every time with exception to some browning on the outside of the yolks What am I doing wrong?

I have the steaming rack to cook the eggs in/on. I'm not sure which end, or maybe its the side, of the egg should go in the hole.

There is not a side preference on this. But if you are trying to make all 12 at one time then you will need to stack them end on end to fit properly.

As the pressure is building, should any steam ever come out of the red valve? I’ve made sure it’s clean and moves easily before putting the lid on and setting the timer, but I’ve noticed steam coming out of the red button valve while it is trying to reach pressure. Is that normal?

Don't know if you are still inquiring but until the red valve goes all the way up to seal the pressure cooker some steam seems to come from it.

My eggs turned out hard when I did this. I did 10 minutes instead the next time I made them and they came out much better!

About half of my eggs were cracked when they finished. Is this normal?

There are some who have figured out how to fix this, but for me it is normal. I don’t have this pressure cooker yet, but in my Ninja I cook 5 mins, natural release 5 mins, manual release and place in ice bath for 5 mins.

Is this 1 minute to pressurize then 12min to cook? I’m tired of 15 to pressurize then 30min to disinfect chicken.

It takes a while to heat up the water to pressurize it, same as any other pressure cooker. It's not a minute, probably looking at more like 15, depending on the pressure setting, and then 12 minutes to cook after it comes up to pressure.
