I like the self analysis on what allows the enemies to counter you when you're doing well. It helps put into perspective how to put down the freight train someone can be when they feel hot for a game

I found for myself crazy effective aim warm-up that won me 1v5 and 1v4 rounds in diamond 3 times in a single game and i dropped 35 kills and got ahead of my Ascendant friend. So basically you go into the practice room, enable the mode where u need to kill 50 or 100 bots, the one where the bot doesn't disappear until you kill it, you go in the center so they can appear anywhere around you. And just start the practice, do a lot of 180 turns so your arm gets used to be moved, not just your wrist. At first use 1 shot-headshot weapon. Then after a 100, go somewhere where you could see every bot in your field of view, and spray the body. Then repeat but enable strafing. You can do it for however long but honestly i don't think overtraining leads to better results, just go DM after 400 bots and then you're most likely ready for the comp. The main thing is to FEEL that you're ready, you can change any of my numbers to achieve that, that's the main goal

Iso notes for myself (again), excited since my Bind Iso been feeling kinda stale lately 1:36 I’ve been mostly doing sheriff or ghost + vuln start, haven’t done classic shield in a long time, should check that out again 1:42 fast pushing showers like this makes sense if you have someone doing proper smokes (always a tossup in low elo), otherwise more caution might be needed 2:30 cool angle peek 4:05 forcing entry if/when hookah is taken makes sense 7:44 I do this entry already but this is a very clean example of it done well. Quick peek to right corner, follow wall looking towards lamps 14:00 skye flash is a cool way to confirm targets for ulti I actually think I have good knowledge on Iso here since most of the tricks were stuff I already knew. That just tells me that my preaims and gamesense are probably garbage since I tend to usually just go even on Bind 😅 time for more practice I guess

I think it was fine before since you needed to play well to get a really big advantage in the next fight, and now you just get it for free (You can even buff it to last the whole round, since you actually have to fight someone to get it). Counters snipers and is pretty annoying to play against in general imo.
