With his new update, you should shield first then ult, you will keep shield in ult and have a bigger advantage

The ult can even interrupt ultimates for example. You hear a neon pressing her ult and you hear her near you, then I always use my ult on her so I can interrupt it and can kill her before she kills anyone from my team. It also works with chamber and sova except Reyna she will stay in her ult when you ult her.

I guess its like one of those ults you have to either use as a team or in a 1v1 situation otherwise you're using it wrong and using it like this is genius. I also dont play iso often at all so I wouldn't know many tricks for playing him 🙃

Something to note to, you can shot the orbs through walls, sometimes you can kill someone, get behind cover and replenish your shield safely

Thank you man, everyone says Iso is just bad but i honestly think he can be useful and his abilities are too strong if you have a good aim. My favourite thing to do is ulting agents that have abilities that are able to kill, so when Chamber, Neon, Jett, Raze, etc. ult i just ult them. Iso is just a counter to Chamber too.

iso ult is also gud for some plays, for instances, pushing a site,2v2, fair duels when ur low hp, rushing, ulting the spike, creating space for teammates and last but not least, player advantages like 1v2 or 2v3

A tip for the new update: If the enemy iso has the shield in the ult, first peak, destroy the shield and go back, so then its easier to get the kill, i do this a lot and it almost always work

I'm not pro, but you could also use the ult to the enemy who is planting/defusing the spike for your team to take more time

iso uppercut is weak on its own without combination like a raze nade or a shock dart... iso is bad at scaling up on enemies bcoz unlike other duelist, iso can only rely on 2 abilities, which is his wall n shield...so iso suitable playstyle maybe like an initiators/duelist.. thats my opinion...btw luv ur vids so much!!

I played iso just a little bit but I noticed I always peek to the left side and I noticed you do that too with iso… why? Is it better? Does it feel comfortable? I start thinking every iso play (who is not thinking about it) is doing it? You have the same advantage if you peek to the right side, don’t you?

idk if you still need answers but i used to peek right side before and its the same as left side but i find that flicking to the right side is more inaccurate for me so i switched to moving to the left wall.... my english is kinda bad idk if you understand and the orb is very easy to shoot just make sure your bullet touch it i wallbanged it before

ghost is nice, but frenzy is also a pretty good choice, when the enemy gets vulnerable you can oneshot headshot with frenzy
