Hi. I have the same error as you have at min 2:17 Cannot log to file/dev/fscklogs/log and my IMEI s are now 000000000000. Any suggestion? I can see the IMEI in fastboot at Bar Code. Before resetting the phone, I also opted to erase e-sim.

That doesn't help because after that it asks you once again for the verify pin. The sign that appears is, Your phone was reset to factory setting To use your phone, enter your previous PIN

This is actually a very good thing because it discourages thieves from taking phones. Even if they steal it they can't resell/use it unless they have the PIN.
