Guys, if you have Kitkat installed this video is outdated. I had trouble getting it to work but after a few times this worked (found from a Spanish video lol): When phone is turned off: - Press and hold Power and Volume Down keys - When LG logo appears, release BOTH keys, then press and hold Volume Down and Volume Up simultaneously Should get you to the factory reset menu. If it doesn't work, try a couple times.

Hy,If doesn't work this,please try another combination: Turn off the phone Press volume down+power button if you see LG logos leave this 2 buttons and press and hold volume up+volume down I can do this!

Back up all data on the internal memory. Power off the device and ensure it is not connected to any USB cables. At the same time, press and hold the following keys for 8 seconds: Power key Volume down key When the LG Logo is displayed, release and then immediately re-hold the Power key. When the 'FACTORY HARD RESET' screen displays, release the keys. Press the Power key to reset or one of the Volume keys to cancel. Press the Power key to confirm the reset. The reset will start immediately
