Works perfectly on Nokia 8 2017. Short Instructions. 1. Connect USB Cable to the phone. 2. Press and hold Volume Up and connect USB Cable to the PC (or wall socket) 3. Once you'll see Android logo and "no command" release volume Up. 4. Press Power button and then Volume Down (at the same time). Someone reported that only Vol+ and power worked for him. 5. Recovery Menu should appear

At first I started my phone like you showed when I bought it but after hard reset I cannot see 'Don't use any network for setup' for network setting. In this case what should I do?

yep I did manage to reset it but then you can only use the previous google accounts used on the phone and I did change my password b4 and now it says I need to wait 24 h before I can login with my account on the phone...this never happened though...lets hope its gonna work after 24 hours cuz its a brand new phone :))
