You should back up your data to either your Samsung Cloud, Google or both BEFORE doing a factory reset to be sure you'll have all your contacts, pics/videos, text messages, call logs and such. Also, Samsung Smart Switch is also pretty helpful at transferring data between devices if you're going from one phone/tablet to another.

I have a Galaxy A12 & my info is saved to a google acct for that ph. I have similar data on the A10E I want to factory reset. Will the factory reset mess with my data for the Galaxy A12 ??? (Similar Data EX: ) Contact's,Pics, Wallpapers.

Let the battery die. That's what I had to do... I'm sure you got it by now tho 😅 just in case anyone else has this issue!

I just let my battery die, let you know in a few minutes if it works! Somehow and I have no clue how, enter pin showed up on my phone and I did NOT put a pin on the phone! Nope, did not work for me!!
