What helped me clear 'Other' storage was this method Settings - Accounts & Backup Tick the items you wish to back up , Contacts, Messages, Photos,etc. Perform a factory reset. After reset, sign into your Google Drive. Restore all items when prompted to do so. 'Other' storage will be 0MB after this process, with no loss of data.

I really do enjoy your method of instruction -- SO helpful! Question: Rather than fill up your computer's memory with stuff, or move things to an SD card that might become corrupted (I've learned the hard way that this can happen, heartbroken, losing pictures and videos of loved ones now passed away), thereby losing your precious pictures, videos, etc., is there a way to move all this stuff to some no fee, stay-there-forever cloud space? Google Drive or Photo?

Mine is full but not from videos or photos. It's apps. The settings for each app tell me it's on my external storage but it's really not. It's taking up internal storage. But when I want to find the raw file to transfer the app, the phone won't show me where it is. It's like transfering to external does nothing. I look in the sd card's storage and it's not there either like it told me. I don't get it.

Hello, I really liked your video(s) The one about the Samsung A10e is the one that caught my attention. It was very good, but a lot of what you went over didn't apply to MY A10....probably because mine is an A10s....So, could you, or would you be able to help me out with some things I'd like to do with mine? Or, if you would have a problem with that, maybe point me in the right direction....one of the main things I notice about some of these sites is they'll begin with selecting the "device care" or whatever which my A10 doesn't have, but I've found much of what you showed was available and/or doable through the "My Files" in the Samsung area...I can usually follow directions, but it makes me crazy when just, maybe, one little detail makes it all NOT come together. It'd just be great if you could give me a little advice, if you can though. I'd really appreciate it.....I'm not sure if I can find you again, but I think if you reply it shows up in my "Notification bell" which, if that's right...I'd be able to check back on here, or follow up whatever you might be able to offer from there. I had to go back to the Samsung 10 because my Samsung a11 has black screen I called T-Mobile like another situation and they backed up the Samsung tablet which was wrong I need Isaiah 11 backed up so now I have multiple Samsung a bird's nest in two galleries and all the Samsung's are backed up the two of them so therefore I have no stores my internal storage is full everything is full please help I watch the video when I don't have that option the gallery data that is an accident on the page to clear the data or the cash and not a problem is I go to clear the cache and I have come out to make sure it's very clear and it didn't it's right back on what do I do

Hi Guys - just started watching you video for my A10 that has almost full storage.....I couldn't watch much as when you got to the section press Widgets.....I could not find that on my phone?? Or how about this. I owned 9 Samsung products. Phones, tablets, washing machine, dryer etc. Some products are European and some US. All have issues and tech support could never solve one problem. That's when I went online to complain on there site. 2 years of negative experiences. Maybe we just quit company's that fail to build good products that are useful. I dropped ever samsung I had. Problem solved. My Samsung issue fixed.

I have multiple to calories from Samsung multiple Samsung double apps which I can't uninstall any of them duplicate app and I have a few apps that are like that backed up phone because had black screen on my Samsung a11 had to go backwards to the Samsung A10 and here the phone provider that gives service did it wrong when I backed it up I can't work so I called T-Mobile and they gave me the information to the phone that was active instead of the one that had the black screen had to go back to Samsung 10 because my Samsung 11 had black screen for now I have two of multiple apps from Samsung please help my storage is maxed because of the in confidence for example she galleries can you play story so on and so forth and that's not even the Samsung ass one is I'm going to have all Samsung duplicated I have no storage i max out on everything
