Thanks for the vid , but I usually do a hard reset and unplug the power cord for a good minute and that sometimes solves the issues I have with the Xbox ... 👍🏽

Its kinda complicated to fix, some times it fixes itself but if u wanna do it manually you would have to push and hold the power button and disk eject button for couple seconds and the console will restart but the resolution will be fucked up but u can fix it in the settings. It worked for me but still i recommend u try to just normally restarting it b4 doing this.

Now in 2021 If you hold it down for 10 seconds and DONT let go it clears the cache and turns itself back on automatically as of the last update. This video doesn't really work anymore. So hold down for 10 seconds never letting go until it turns off and turns back on. That's the 2021 method after update.
