For people asking if you lose game data and your saves, I can confirm you keep all your game data, however your profiles will be removed from the xbox but can easily be retrieved back and will have everything on them still (games, friends, apps, etc) of you remember the password to log back in, I did find however that SOME of my games did not stay on the xbox which forced me to reinstall them which sucks but it's not the end of the world, This 100% works and its 100% safe, just remember any login details that you might need for the future

@@ceku202 like I said it just takes the profiles away but the games are saved if u press the correct option, all game saved data is saved to a profile so you wont lose that, I believe the reason I lost some of my games was because I have an external hard drive, however i only lost like 2 of them so it's no big deal

Total black screen on my Xbox one, it’s been on the fritz for a few months now and I was always scared it would completely crap out soon. Was convinced it was done for when I first saw this, saw some comments online trying to explain how to factory reset but this video is the one that properly showed me how to do it! Seems like there’s a couple minor things this screws up with downloaded games and accounts but that’s all very small in the grand scheme of things. Glad to have my Xbox back working and now maybe it’ll actual run a bit better again too :)

Ok so i factory reset my Xbox because everything else wouldn’t work. I’m confused because when I factory reset it, I restarted my Xbox because I was downloading my games and it wouldn’t work. So it said to hold the Xbox power button for 10 seconds. So I did. Now it’s broken again where it’s stuck.

Yeah it will..with your Xbox profile/account it will synch your progress if u go with the option with remove everything u will have to log back in and go to your full library and all of your games will be there to re download
