Nikhil bhai, I don't know if you will read this, but I used to weigh 92kg. Now, I'm 77kg, thanks to my efforts. Intermittent fasting, avoiding outside food, and following your advice about investing time in relationships and doing things that are part of my work but not something I usually do have played a significant role. It has also helped me in securing a job. Even though it's still within my family business, my dad and everyone else thinks I'm changing for the better, and you have had a small but meaningful influence on me... thanks man

I'm 19 a gen Z but i respectfully disagree with your opinion about Genz's not having real fun as defination of fun changes from generation to generation.
