Legally the best results you'll get in your favour is that Bromotive changes their logo colour and font. You technically can't do anything about their name because it's not your brand name. And because the two names 'Brotomotive' and 'Bromotive' are different, chances of you getting the latter to change their logo colour and font style also decreases...

You can’t fight with everyone like there are Lenskart and LensOkart. So it doesn’t mean that Lenskart will start shouting ki aap ko ek week deta hoon change the name. Same way BrotoMotiv is your brand not BroMotive and you can’t fight for that is not your name and just looks similar to your name. I would suggest you that to avoid such cases you must take the most similar name under your brand but that will not be called as illegal. And if someone is mimicking BrotoMotiv name means you are on the right path.
