Just wanted to say before watching the video, I'm a christian who makes all my money thru business and also does content creation and WOW your content is so refreshing, priase God! Its like i would warch hormozi and wben though he has great wisdom, it made me focus on business over God, but you repeat in your videos how you focus on God more BECAUSE you are a businessman, and I cant agree more about how I uniquely have to rely on Him in ways 9-5 people can't. Just turned 20 and got married a month ago, youre content is helping me a ton with putting God back into my business and growing as an individual, keep it up brother.

This video was phenomenal Paul. My romantic relationship ended up coming to an end 6 years later, I believe largely due to setting wrong expectations (both parties at fault), of course being young plays a role in that. From now on, expectations and boundaries are key.

Man this is so good. I'm in the process of working on a hospitality development project, and we're building out our team now. This is such a key part in leading others. If you've set the expectation and it's clear, then when an issue needs to be addressed, it allows you to focus on the behavior rather than speaking negatively about/to the person. God will continue to bless you and I'm looking forward to more great content like this!
