There’s So many new things going on at Universal! I always appreciate the perfect day videos because they show how to have fun without rushing around. The sun and humidity is not playing around this summer. I’m not sure there’s something specific Universal I want to see a video of except for HHN, but I know y’all got that covered.

I would love if a big group of you went into the Hagrid’s line at different points e.g. first thing, lunchtime dip, early evening, absolute last opportunity to join the line. You could then compare expected v actual wait times at different points.

Best ride option is Rip, Ride, Rock It at night, and choose Night on Bald Mountain from the secret song menu. The song timing with the ride and night vibe was an unbelievable experience.

I do not get motion sick. I'm the weirdo who loves mission space orange and then wants to go get a snack. But I've only ridden the simpsons ride once (at hollywood), and i was so sick afterwards that i had to lay down for like 30 mins afterward before i felt like i could continue the day... never again.

What a fantastic perfect day with two fantastic friends. I haven't been to Universal in ages... so it'll definitely be on my bucket list down the road, but is anyone else thinking that if long Disney lines/wait times are an issue that an ideal time to go would be when Epic Universe is opening? Just a thought because sometimes timing (and weather) is everything when planning a vacation. As usual... much love and respect to all involved. 🤟

There are a couple things that could be happening here. There is the disability pass, but universal also offers very pricy VIP tours that include the ability to skip the line at Hagrid’s. Additionally, there is a “ruby pass” which is kind of like an experience redemption and can be given out if you wait in line for a long time to ride and the ride breaks down.

Tired of hearing the tip to do Hagrid's during EPA. In my opinion, this is the WORST time to get on Hagrid's, as you will waste most of your EPA waiting for Hagrid's. A much better plan would be to hit Velocicoaster, or eat breakfast first, as EVERYONE will head to Hagrid's first. If you must ride Hagrid's during EPA, get in line right when it is about to end, as you will wait a similar amount of time, but will have walked on Velocicoaster once, or multiple times, plus eaten breakfast.

Unless you’re in front of the gate at epa, I would avoid Hagrid’s since everyone goes there like Black Friday. I like to get multiple rides on velocicoaster

You need to rope drop it correctly & only during EPA. Then it's the best strategy. Rope drop Hagrid's as a walk on & then head immediately to Velocicoaster. My wife & I did that every morning for a week in May 2022 & it always worked really well. The only thing that changed was how many Velocicoaster rides we got in before the line grew to 20+ minutes. It was 1-4 times depending on crowd levels.
