At first I thought I was deficient, but I think I might be excessive!! I definitely need to remove distractions and fostering focus. My inner mentor is quite loud and I’m excited to actually spend some time with her to follow her lead to balance my chakra system

We can't answer on seeing angels or shadow people for Allie, but we do know she is a HUGE fan of reading and enjoys it immensely (we even have a book club over in the Body Mind Soul Studio - bit.ly/BMSStudioWL). Working with the chakra system is very personal and every experience is different. Thank you so much for this insightful video. I've been struggling with my third eye for a while. It seems that it has excess qualities from your description, because I have problems getting into action and being practical. Sometimes I'm delusional too and tend to lose myself in dreaming. Does anybody of you reading this know how to remove any blockages? When I tune in to the third eye, it feels like there is a wooden block right in front of it. I also suffer from physical problems in this area, such as sinusitis, headaches, brain fog and even a prolactinoma. My goal is not really to open it or improve my visual skills, but mostly to remove the blockage and the physical pain in order to make this chakra more balanced. Any advice would be highly appreciated. Have a lovely day ahead :)

Thank you for joining me for this off the mat lesson! I would go to my Chakra Playlists and spend as much time as needed doing the Third Eye classes to help remove blockages. I know for added therapy some of my students also seek Reiki healers to help guide them in healing sever blockages. Hopes this helps clarify and answer some question you have xx 💙
