I am a practitioner of Chinese Medicine and I regularly needle yintang which is an acupuncture point on the third eye. My patients love it as it immediately has a calming effect. They report seeing beautiful colours and some have been transported back to past memories where the recollection is as bright and clear as the time they were there. This is one of the most powerful acupuncture points on the body.

@@Scotty__ Any practitioner can needle yin tang. Make sure they are a practitioner of Chinese medicine and not a physiotherapist though. Physiotherapists, unless they have undertaken degree level training purely in chinese medicine acupuncture then they are dry needling.

I've had some amazing things occurr in my life as a result of a daily meditation twice a day for 30 minutes each. After about 3 months of practice my consciousness remained in a meditative state 24/7. That's when miracles occurred without any effort on my part. It reminded me of Christ's words, "Ask and it shall be given." I didn't even ask. Many of was as if my desires began to manifest in reality with no effort on my part. Wish I could get there again but I can't find the discipline to dedicate myself to practice. I know it works and over time the sky is the limit.

The caste system was wrongly classified as colour based discrimination when all Indians are essentially brown - who do you think would be behind this "colour" based thinking? Once that occurs, it is likely that you can do this again and continue to improve upon it by using the methods she is talking about here. I think sun gazing during sunrise and sunset really helped me when I began the process. I can see the 3rd eye (it's usually mostly violet light for me) any time I close my eyes, and I can even see it with my eyes open in low lighting. I think anyone can get to this point if they desire it and focus on it with spiritual/loving intent.
