I love listening to Dr. Lipsky! Such wealth of insight. I would have loved to have her as my doctor, but she doesn’t see new patients anymore. I bought her book and can’t wait to dive into it and learn some more about leaky gut. Thank you Dr. Lipsky for all you’ve done to educate the public!

I really appreciate Liz's grounded and simple advice, based on decades of clinical experience. I found it refreshing that she doesn't necessarily test but diagnose based on symptoms. I look forward to exploring glutamine more in, the way she suggested. Thank you Matt and Sarah for your dedication to this mission.

Really clear and helpful. I have listened and read a lot about leaky gut since testing confirmed that I had it. What is really surprising is how alll the experts say the same thing but how poorly understood it is in the mainstream medicine/ health care. So far glutamine and marshmallow extract have helped me a lot.

Appreciate you two. I like how she mentioned something easy like the amount of glutamine to use to heal leaky gut. I wonder how long it takes tho? Also the quercetin, slippery elm & marshmelliw. All easy fixes. Thank you!💞

I'd like to hear how to apply these fixes as well! Hoping we see an answer. 😃 Having autoimmune diseases(lupus and sjogren's) I've been on a Raw Vegan diet for over a year but haven't seen my lab work change much, still shows the same but the diet did help with aching joints and energy. With all these great videos Matt and Sarah have offered I've learned and suspected something else is going on, like leaky gut. Wanting to do all healing naturally. Answers anyone? and thank you SO MUCH Matt and SARAH!!!!!

I was introduced to Dr. Lipski in your series and so glad to have found her. She really helps to make sense of gut health. As a celiac, trying to heal my gut I will be looking at more of her research. Thank you!

Thanks for sharing. A reminder for me to keep taking my glutamine because it among other things I think has been helping with my recently developed eczema, which is miserable! It's easy to get complacent when things are going OK.

Okay so I have started taking glutamine as this lady recommended, first day 7.5g second day 15g and I’m a bit constipated now, stools very small and hard. I’m also very tired (chronic fatigue) and feel uncomfortable. How long should I carry on taking l-glutamine for and what dose?

Wanting to hear from this specialist about mechanisms, but it's super frustrating to hear her total ignorance of the role animal foods play in disrupting intestinal integrity/microbiota favorability.

Totally agree Hannah, highly inflammatory and causes disease. I am healing lymphoma naturally with a vegan diet but suffer joint pain caused by osteoarthritis. I can’t believe how such a wonderful healthy diet makes my joints ache. I guess it was caused through antibiotics, stress, alcohol in the distant past, all have been addressed. I am eliminating nuts and seeds for now but take Irish Sea moss for minerals.
