That is very similar to something a postpartum nurse told me about intrusive thoughts. Don't push against them or give them meaning, they're just thoughts like the other gazillion thoughts we have every day. It was such a small piece of advice, but it was life-changing for me!

Yes. ,,,,,,,I agree with you and I RESPECT what you just said. .....and , wishing only to be helpful, there can be a reason!!!!! For intrusive thoughts. And embracing what the resin/s might be, can lead you into great satisfaction. For instance, when I feel that thing/s are troubling, ....I like to write it out in a journal, with the title, "what's bothering you?, what's the trouble?"

You really correct lots of misunderstanding concepts in this world; I believe for sure that you are gonna be one of the most famous manifestation coaches worldwide☺ I'm still struggling with myself and feeling sad and depressed all the time because I quickly react to situations and give them meanings as they are indeed totally negative for me. I'm a Virgo so I'm such an overthinker and I tend to analyze everything but unfortunately, this causes me pain :( I wish I could get a positive feeling after analyzing situations but this never happens cuz those situations are harmful to me ( like he said this to me so that means he isn't interested bla bla bla). Could you please do a topic on how to get out of depression and calm this awful inside voice? and how to actually get into the state of wish fulfilled and never get out of it?

I relate so much to this. Virgo moon here which means my inner feelings, my emotional world and expression is Virgo-ish. So I get it. All I can say is truly practice

Tip for you guys: saying and thinking that your astrological sign has control over the way you feel and think is giving your control away to something besides yourself! It may be tripping you up a bit I've seen that in someone I worked with, their feelings felt unchangeable because they "are a Taurus and Taurus feels about this very strongly" so it implies that you have to fight against something that you feel has control over your mental state. Hopefully that didn't sound mean just saw an opportunity to help!

@@sarascott201100% true. I was there before where I kept watching those tarot readings and it kept getting worse. Now I’m no longer in that community and surprisingly it benefits me a lot. I definitely think that most of the time when you’re already suffering and go to that space (tarot readings, psychics, palm readings etc.) you going to get more of the readings that match your inner state.

@@sarascott201i was just looking for this comment you hit the nail on its head, as someone who has dived deep into western and vedic astrology it even mentions that we should not rely on our chart its a blueprint. When i was deep into this occult (for over 10 years) i was depressed now looking back in hindsight so back to your comment…i absolutely agree we cannot just say oh its my …sign because theres so much more depth to that but more importantly we are giving that external validation.

Lately I’ve just been going back to the old saying “don’t take it personally” when I’m dealing with rudeness or traffic. That is when I found myself really getting upset and saying things like people are all stupid, selfish, rude, etc. To say don’t take it personally released me from feeling like it had anything to do with me, so there is less retaliation.

Acknowledging the I am is key. I’m not the kind of person who fears 3D, intrusive purging thoughts or emotions. I am the operant power. I’m responsible to give positive meaning of old narratives. Embracing every little circumstance and not try to mess to much with them. We give the meaning we always choose to feel. It’s a daily process of avoiding over identifying with the un serving ❤

This is Gold. I have come a long way in my journey, yet this is exactly what I was seeking an answer to when I was having unwanted thoughts. And yes I tried to force them out using techniques, only to realise that made it worse to the point of me almost wanting to give up, like I felt OMG, I would never be able to control my thoughts and my anxieties, This is so amazing. Love your videos! At 6:44 you mentioned flipping thoughts . want to say that it depends on your confidence level as far as whether or not you can easily flip from a negative thought to a positive thought. For me, If I’m in a high self-concept, feeling self assured, confident, it’s simple to do AND IT WORKS. If I’m not feeling confident, it can be very challenging to do. So to me it all comes back to self-confidence (of course real confidence not pompousness lol). Hope that helps.

"It is the you behind all your thoughts that is manifesting" YES. This didn't click for me for a long time. Now if I'm having a thought to do or say something I usually get curious about what's the real state I am in BEHIND those thoughts. It was eye opening (but not quite surprising given the state of my manifestations) to discover that even a thought that seemed rather innocent was coming from some negative underlying belief systems that I was unaware of.

@@becool_444 Yes, it is your honest self concept. So if you were to sit down and make a totally honest and totally unfiltered list of all your assumptions about self and life, including the subconscious assumptions, that is the Real You that is currently manifesting. In order to start shifting reality into something different, you have to authentically embody a different state. which means adopting and practicing every day different behaviors and beliefs. I noticed that sometimes I was taking actions that I thought were good for me but were actually coming from a place of subconsciously believing something negative about myself, like sending a friendly message that is actually coming from a place of believing I need to manipulate others by being nice. Hope that makes sense, I can be longwinded sometimes.

Also, could you please do a video on appearance changes? Your videos definitely helped me stay firm in self concept and claiming who I am but deciding on what I look like feels strange and different… thank you and love youuuuuu this video was another bomber. I just hope that you would keep making these videos because this is like the only channel that really resonates for me. As a person who’s been struggling with mental health for years, trying to make manifestations healthy and not triggering is really difficult and you handle that issue much more effectively than most other coaches.

What I really love about your style is how it totally fits with the journey that I've been on for mental health and authenticity. In some of the videos, I get reminders of some concepts that I didn't fully dive into, but since they're being brought to my attention again, and explained from another perspective that still fits, I need to pay attention more and try again. Good videos, solid info, however: 14:30 If you really *know* that what you choose is a fact, it is who you are, then you already are that and don't need any mental diet or techniques (You *do not* react to contradictory thoughts as they simply don't feel to be true). 15:10 Also, in my experience, if you just say that this and this thought is not important, not who I am: This does not work. Never did for me. If it feels important and true, then that is what you actually believe about yourself, simply saying it isn't won't change that. Feels to be true = this is what I believe about myself. So unless you truly believe just saying is enough (very rarely is the case), you do need to change what you believe - feels to be true (that shows your true ID), otherwise it's just wanting to change it and make it happen by using affirmations, mental diet, etc... You can let go of any feeling about any goal until it does feel possible - true for you (layer by layer just by allowing it in, acknowledging as Genevieve said and watching it do what it does..then dissolving by itself. Then again..then again...until it runs out and the ID you want for yourself about the goal feels good - true).

wow yes. You sound like how I was saying this morning. And I came to a huge point about a desire. £10 20 30 40 million. I either AM! Gonna have it, ...or NOT. ....I will pray for it, from! Now on, three times a day. It won't matter how's long it will take, I'll get there. One!! Day, as I keep praying for it 3 times a day, it will happen. Done.

Girl thank you for making this video! I already manifested a few "big" things since I got into LOA in September 2022 but they were things I already had a good self concept around (aka, the bad thoughts didnt bother me or i didnt have any) and I couldn't figure out why I couldnt recreate that sucess with my other "big" manifestations that I didnt have a good as good of a self concept around. I thought I was dealing with the negative thoughts and feelings the way I should have but the way you explained detaching your emotions from your thoughts so they're no longer a threat is just so clear and that was the biggest LOA A-HA! moment I've ever had :) As a teacher myself I understand that sometimes it takes multiple angles to really comprehend the material so I'm glad you can offer that perspective. I don't normally comment on these videos but I wan to offer my sincerest thanks because I already feel it working within me.

CW: eating disorders . . I really think youre a huge breath of fresh air. I like the stern simple style of slme coaches, but we need balance. Different things help different ppl. I did the food diet analogy earlier too. I have a bulimia past and i have noticed that the years of journaling and getting mad at myself for not succeeding, all of the confusion and self strictness is so freaking painful, like dragging oneself through a desert. The ups and downs. My god..... its SO similar to the manifestation process. "You gotta do this you gotta do this c'mon c'mon" it's really cobfusing to have success mentally and then be devastated that i did get triggered again. I've manifested many things, it was brilliant, but a few things I absolutely need are still not here. I have been so depressed that affirming feels exhausting and adds to the "just fix your attitude" nagging voice that comes from outside and inside already. I also heavily suspect that i have disassociation.. some parts know what to do, others are lost.

And when i mean they know what to do, they're REALLY on point, they're wondering why on earth did the rest of me ever doubt things so much? I see things SOO clearly and i know I'm getting all of this. Then i take too much coffee, my parents voice snaps me back to my low sc and i tell myself its just emotional reacting and i CAN bring my thoughts to be aligned, but I'm definitely just spiraling and being under attack of cognitive distortion. The contrast is so big. I also have traumas that say i should not be happy because i don't deserve it and i unconsciously put myself in fight or flight when i ignored that feeling and "JUST AFFIRMED." Yeah it can get tricky. And i did try very hard to just skip the internal work too, but the physical reactions to my surroundings can really throw me off my MD. (I have misofonia too lol its bad) you say you include somatic stuff and that's absolutely freaking brilliant. We talk about the mind so much that we forget that our physical reality is in such a strong contact with the subconscious mind and there's that feedback loop between the two. Sorry if this was a trauma dump, just wanna say you're very appreciated.

hello genevieve, thank you so much for finally doing youtube videos, I am one of your instagram followers that was hoping for it 😂 my question for a possible video is: what is your advice for dealing with really aggravating circumstances? like the ones that are „in your face“ and can‘t be ignored/downplayed? for example a very loud neighbour who is so noisy (especially at night) so that I wake up? it frustrates me so much, that he hasn‘t moved out (I‘m manifesting that) already - so I‘m losing hope. or another example: I am not able to function without my eye-contacts. how would you go about manifesting clear eyesight (while also living in the 3D where you are dependent on putting contacts in?

Just joined the membership today. And this is exactly where I'm stuck. Shifting into the new story. What are your thoughts on assuming and manifesting step wise? As in I'm in a relationship with sp, or should I assume I'm married to sp? (P.s I'm in no contact and was never in a proper relationship with sp)

How can you be aware and observe your thoughts or emotions without at the same time giving them your attention ? Isn't it exhausting as well to do that and constantly reminding yourself that you are not your thoughts or emotions and try to create a witness inside of you? I don't see or understand why a person shouldn't just remind themselves and replace their inner dialogue with what they desire, instead of just observing his\her thoughts.

Genevieve, for the purposes of getting used to the purge or trigger "waves" is it ok to go out and LOOK for stuff that will purge/trigger? For example, my SP likely is dating a new girl, and I've been watching the social media to confirm that he does, knowing full well that it will cause stinging, painful emotions. Or is that "forced" and not part of the whole manifestation "game"?

There's a lot to learn about yourself and your own self concept through wanting someone. Some people really struggle to believe that they can have a healthy relationship and that's because because of their own thought patterns. This is what manifestating coaching in general is ACTUALLY about. It doesn't have to be your style but there's a lot that people can learn and grow through in the process.
