When I was only 10 years old I lost my mother. She was my best friend. No matter what she was always there for me. I remember praying so hard for God to save her to let her live. But she died. I blamed him. I even stopped praying. Granted I was just a child. I knew different. There was 3 of us kids,me being the oldest and a father who drank to forget. We never had any council ingredients as my dad said that we would get over it. I found my mother dead and I remember waking up sobbing. All I recall was her death. I couldn't go my dad as he didn't want to hear it. After 15 years of this I finally broke down. I told myself that I was so alone. Noone loved me and all I wanted was to just die so I could finally have the peace I longed for. All of a sudden I felt 2 arms wrap around me and I heard the most sweetest voice tell me that I was loved by him and I was his child. He never held it against me for what I had said as a child.God thought enough about me to stay with me. I don't care if people don't believe me. I know it happened. Thank you God for everything. Please continue to help guide us on the right road.

Velma Sticklen Your story is simular to mine.. I'm the oldest of 3 and my mother passed away too.. I remember praying for God to save her and heal her but he didn't, she passed away too.. I was very heartbroken I wanted my mother more than anything in the world. I cried and prayed so hard and I finally received a vision of my mother in heaven. She's with God now. You can hear from God through his word you got to get still and he may not speak right away but when you read his word he that's God speaking to you when you see the pages leap up the words of the pages leap up out and jump out at you that it's God speaking to you he don't always speak through to you by his voice it does work speak God speaking through his word does work you just got to give him time and know that God will speak to you in his timing not yours and that's with anybody I know this because I am a testimony to this God has spoke to me plenty of times and his word and you just got to be willing to wait for his timing and believe me fasting and praying does work don't believe this lie that this man is telling you fasting and praying works because the Bible says some things come but through fasting and prayer and God says he will speak to you through his word because it's faith that comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God

I agree with this! My thoughts are very analytical but I came into knowing God's voice when a very still small voice just said something to me without any effort. It's always verrrrryyyy gentle and wise. Exceedingly wise as he'll explain exactly what something was to me or he would tell me to give something to someone. Sometimes in the clutter or life, it can be lost but with continuous intimacy with God and living his word, it becomes more distinct and you are able to discern it! Jesus is lord!!!! Please believe that he truly loves us and always has plans to prosper us and never to harm us!

Wow very negative responce to this video so I am going to give my own responce. About 3 years ago my church cell group came across Mark's curriculum. We then decided to buy it and work through it together. The videos are brilliant and the guy is very genuine. Through this I have been taught a simple way that I can hear God's voice. I don't remember hearing God's voice before this, but now we chat on a regular basis and this curriculum was a major part of that journey. There are others whoem God has used to bring "hear God's voice" curriculum, but as I have not used theirs I can not say if it this is better or worse. All I can say is that there years on I can hear God and it's awesome! God bless you Mark weather you are a good person or not.

+Lauren Maslin Thanks for your response, I just got his course, I am doing it myself, with one of his trainers. I believe we are all suppose to be able to hear God but I am very analytical. I am hoping to get something out of it. What I have looked at right now, I don't see red flags, just some simple ways of thinking and being in Gods presence, and he stresses discernment. Other things on his site I questions, the EFT and the eft things that are suppose to protect you from it. I think that you can lean a lot from people, even if it turns out negative you learn something. I am praying this is what I need.

God is not a dead, lifeless God that we only serve by faith or hope. He is absolutely a live, interacting God. He advises me, comforts me, warns me, intervenes in my circumstances, and walks with me daily. He's absolutely my best friend and has been all my life. I have many testimonies of impossible things he told me would happen, and they did. His voice has changed my life and led me where I never would have dreamed I'd end up! God is good!

I can t help but notice alot of negative comments about this program .People question the presentors honesty integrety and motives .(eg the money for books and CDs)But I heard 4 steps that cost nothing but time and a little effort to try out for yourselves . They appear to line up with scripture and Mark Virkler even says test what ever comes to you by checking it against scripture .I personaly have never heard Gods voice audibly . But have had several visions that could only be from the most high.I do know that God does want a relationship with his children and all relationships are built on communication .I believe we only find god when we relentlessly pursue him .Such as Mark Virkler testifies that he did.So I ask the naysayers out there If you ve prayed the sinners prayer if you ve been baptised and have pursued God with all your heart knowing that God is a spiritual being is it not logical to conclude that this is justone way that he communicates with his people.

Hey everyone who's reading this. I'm going to share you my testimony. So I am 14 and a girl. Weird profile and name, I know. I have these small, too tight for me, clothes and my maid kept looking at it because I know she's thinking about her younger daughter. I didn't want to let her have that for her daughter because thats mine and I wasn't ready to give it up. It has a lot of memories of when I used to wear it. I then watch this video and Mark told everyone about how lovely and how Jesus is always laughing, such positiveness in him. I'm also like Mark, I have like this negativeness in me, my face basically says "back off, don't mess with me, leave me alone, I will punch you." But he kept describing how good he is and it effected Mark...I also want a heart thats soft and I want my heart to be filled with God's everlasting love. So my maid already went away, continues to..idk..sweep the floor? I had my phone in my hand and I texted her and I asked her if theres any fruits in the fridge. My plan was to basically make her come into my room again but I guess she was busy and didn't respond so I texted her another message and I told her to see my small clothes and if you think its good for her younger daughter, take that, take two or three or more. She texted back again a few minutes later telling me "thank you" and "Yes, theres still fruits" and I was so filled with God's love I actually thought Jesus was in my room right now. So my message is: God is good all the time and he loves You. So he loves you, and he IS love and he teaches everyone to love each other. My maid is literally like my 2nd mom because she's just so nice to me, looks after me and cares. Love you all and God blesses you!

If you trust in God then truly you know that he provides for his own and if God wants that written he will provide for it I know this to be true also if you ask for wisdom he will provide that to you just have to have blind faith and he will do what he says in the word . and there are a lot of false teachers and if everything you say is backed through the word then it is so. but we know that New Age teaching twist the word just enough so then we pray for discernment and he provides that to . God is enough and he is all we need for he who lives in us is greater than he who lives in the world and if he is for us then who can be against us. I just trust in the Lord God Almighty he is my Lord and Savior and he can be your Lord and Savior to you just have to ask him.

I am sure that Christians hear God all the time but don't know it is God. They doubt they are important enough for God to speak directly to them, and often dismiss His voice when He answers them thinking it must be their own imagination. I hear God every day and did before I watched Sid's video. How I discern the difference between God's voice and my own thoughts is that His voice doesn't come from my own train of thought, my own knowledge or my own personality/experience and it lines up with the bible. His voice has a ring of truth that resounds righteousness and love for me and those around me. When you have a conversation with someone else, you not only hear the other side of the conversation, you have other clues that the source was not you. Developing this interpersonal awareness increases when you read the bible, pray and listen to God answer you. You begin to recognize His voice. Before I open my bible, I pray for God to tell me what I need to know to be a better servant today...and He tells me every time! I also pause and wait for Him to talk to me. Sometimes after I read the Word, I write down what He wants me to focus on for the day. His voice is very clear. I have also experienced 3 distinct personalities of God. God the Father. God the Son. God the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one I hear most often, but I have heard all 3. And you can too! May God Bless your endeavors to hear His Voice.

i heard God a couple times in twenty odd years for certain, and they where when I was a very knew Christian, and never took any lessons. so I think its God who desides, and all the book and cds are not going to do much

Valerie Cummings I noticed that 2. Like being a baby. Eventually you have to walk and seek it. I've been in a place of seeking. actually seeking confirmation of this very thing...and here it is. So the things that are known at first need to be reinforced and the mind has to be renewed. I find the less it's renewed the less I hear. I don't know of anyone in the bible that was a major believing character that didn't hear the voice of God. even balam heard the voice of God...I'm just saying...God does decide when to speak but we also decide when to listen. and if we don't know how to listen we are going have trouble. there are components of ourselves we aren't yielding or giving over. they exist for a reason.

How To Deal With Harassing Spirits Some of you may have noticed that there are certain people who are going to Christian sites harassing the saints. Some of them are claiming to be Christians but we know them by their fruit. Those mean spirited people accusing people and calling them names are not speaking from the Spirit of God. And since Jesus says those that are not for me are against me, these people can only be speaking for Satan. In the passages below we see that we should really be addressing these spirits head on. Not the people for Ephesians says we wrestle not against flesh and blood but against (he names categories of evil spirits). So when I call someone Satan I am not speaking to them but the spirit in them. This sends the harassers away! So that the real saints can have healthy debates without some causing unnecessary confusion and conflicts. Matthew 16:22-23 Then Peter took Him aside and began to rebuke Him, saying, “Far be it from You, Lord; this shall not happen to You!” But He turned and said to Peter, “Get behind Me, Satan! You are an offense to Me, for you are not mindful of the things of God, but the things of men.” Acts 16:18 Following after Paul and us, she kept crying out, saying, "These men are bond-servants of the Most High God, who are proclaiming to you the way of salvation." She continued doing this for many days. But Paul was greatly annoyed, and turned and said to the spirit, "I command you in the name of Jesus Christ to come out of her!" And it came out at that very moment.

Want to hear God's voice just ask him to show you how and he will. Plus we are to hear God through the holy spirit living in us because relying on thoughts can be dangerous. Satan even acts as light sometimes to deceive. Spend time with God and you'll hear him too. God bless

well he gave us the 4 keys for free. if you want to hear more, buy the book. if you don't, then don't buy the book. simple. i love that Sid has guests that share their ideas and journeys. i think it's great that some people put their ideas in books and cd's to share with others. it costs money to produce these books/cd's. why shouldn't they charge for it?
