Thank you. Because of my eyes I’ve been doing my reading on phone and listening. I know in my heart I need to actually read in the Bible. I’ve said that’s just the enemy trying to make me feel guilty but I really knew better Thank you. God will help my eyes as I go to the actual book

I can't believe this, and yet I can. At the beginning of this video, when Bill starts speaking about the power and anointing that is on God's word, I immediately thought of Psalm 119 because that was my experience with it all of last week. It ministered to me so much that I listened to it about 2-3 times every day last week on Through The Word Bible app. Then Bill said, "Let's turn to Psalm 119! I literally froze. I'm glad I was alone at the time otherwise I'd be the laughing stock of my household lol at the way I stopped dead in my tracks. Over the past 3 years God's word has truly leapt off the pages and ministered directly to my situation - for correction, comfort and hope. I love God's word and I appreciate Bill's ministry so much. May God continue to bless him richly.

Something crazy is that psalm 119, and the number 119 has been EVERYWHERE for me recently. Gods been using it to speak to me so much. I havent even listened to the sermon yet, but just seeing you say psalm 119 is an important place for you rn, is even more confirmation for me. So cool how God works!

I fell in love qith psalm 119 and literally heard it, 3x a day for over e years, usually at night. Kjv, it speaks volumes and has so much to teach about our realationship with the word and the Lord -- and yes, Bill's amazing!!!

It takes about 3 minutes to read 1 page, so in theory it would be 72 hours. But the thing is that because it’s in codex format, each column is equivalent to 1 page. Therefore it would take twice as long as 72 hours; which is 144 hours. Still, that really isn’t that long.

You diligently study the scriptures thinking that by them you obtain eternal life, and yet you refuse to come to Christ for life. Love you brother, but come on, the word of God is God himself and the scriptures are, well, the scriptures. Except where the scriptures record ‘words that proceeded out of the mouth of God’. Those are words that God spoke, words by which we live. The remaining words are words inspired by God. But calling the Bible the word of God is wrong. In the beginning was the Bible? And the Bible became flesh? Come on, the word of God is God himself. Love you brother. When are we going to find the truth in eagerly receiving the word and examining the scriptures daily like the Bereans of old. Receive the living God and examine the scriptures daily, words that testify about God. The word of God is God himself and the scriptures are, well the scriptures. Love you. ‘Your word (your self) have I hid in my heart (my core) that I might not sin against you’. And as many as received HIM, to them he gave the power to become the children of God. Him who? The word of God.
