Your lithium battery will not last long in the cold? Wouldn’t it be better to use a deep cycle battery?

That's what I was thinking too. Also, instead of a moving blanket, maybe a good tarp.

Yes, I agree! That's why I have that long cable for power. I keep the Lithium battery above freezing inside the tent even in mild weather. I also use the battery for various other things inside the tent. I have a deep cycle as an option but that thing is so heavy compared to Lithium and I don't want a wet cell inside the tent. Thanks!

Yes, got to keep the battery inside tent above freezing temps.

Nice demonstration on that, Keith. A buddy of mine takes a moving blanket on his camping trips so he can either put it on the floor of the tent for extra padding and warmth or if he’s taken a cot he’ll sometimes throw it over the tent to keep heat in. He uses a buddy heater, though. Also depends on the structure of the tent if it will take the extra weight - his is an old-school ridge style so it works for him. The built in diesel heater I have in the back of my truck camper has been working well - only had a temperature sensor fail on me. Found it running constantly in the yard one day but only blowing cold air and found out it was the temperature sensor. A new one fixed it up but I added a master power shut-off in case it happens again when it’s not being used. I was also fortunate enough to get a free all in one cabinet heater like yours as I started doing reviews for the online shopping giant this year and get sent free items for doing that with. Gradually getting better items offered now. Mine doesn’t arrive for a week or so but I’m keen to try using/modifying it in the way that you have. Will need to get another battery, though. Thanks for the upload. 👍🏻

A blanket over the tent in dry weather would help quite a bit. I did reviews for a while and got some pretty cool items then they cut me off for some reason. Get a lithium battery - you will be glad you did. Thanks!

Quick question keith would you recommend a co2 ditector i mean im sure probably pretty safe as well as in the camper i hear diseal is safer then propane or both pretty much fairly safe same as mr buddy heater
@geenote Жыл бұрын
I always have a Co2 and smoke detector for piece of mind even though I believe the heaters are all safe. It's a small investment for not having to worry about it and getting a good night's sleep. Thanks!

Which power adapter are you using when plugging the heater into AC? (Thank you)
