I love this video, im 16 and i was at mcdonalds and saw someone get T boned and i was able to get my first aid kit and help with first aid until a bystander ran to us and she was a nurse and i gave her my firstcaid kit and i learned greatly feom it.

Then we have to take them out of their vehicle to do the cpr right? Is it even possible to do it to them in the vehicle But Thank you for the video it's really helpful

Note, if you are doing good compressions don't stop the second ems is there, they may have you continue if you are doing them correct. This allows them to get other things setup like a lucas device or medications.

I literally just witnessed a bad accident the lady already had a injured leg in a walking boot she was awake and talking couldn't open her eyes and she told me she had broke her leg and was in physical therapy and I saw a wet spot pooling on the walking boot I asked her and told 911 that I'm gonna take boot off and apply pressure or tourniquet to help stop bleeding they told me it was ok and good thing I did she was bleeding out and couldn't tell cause the boot was absorbing all the blood and she had her femer bone sticking out of the skin I used my first aid kit I had someone else go get applied tournaquit and it was in middle.of nowhere took fire 15 mins to get there. If I didn't have that kit or did tournaquit with anything if I didn't have a real one she would have bleed out and died and after I got bleeding to stop she started getting more coherent and talking better so just stopping sever bleeding can make huge difference in the level of responsivness of the victim. I also had my hand holding pressure on a huge gash in her forehead to stop bleeding and the paramedics had me hold the pressure until they got her into the ambulance and a ic started and meds going. Listen to 911 and don't get in the way of first responderz unless they tell you to keep.helping

Always wait for the professional people should not go to a car leave then where they are if the car is upside down recovery would have to put the car on all 4 wheels before freeing them no other way
