what is your salvation theology? also I like to use fulfilled prophecy and typology to evangelise to atheists.
@ntkmw80588 күн бұрын
please read with an open mind, you’ll be glad The gospel, the good news is salvation from hell. And here’s how to get it, the Bible makes it as clear as can be. “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved”, acts 16:31. Words from your mouth don’t even need to be accompanied, just “believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved” from hell, it’s this easy!! If you don’t believe it’s this easy, read Matthew 11:30 KJV and see for yourself

Look bossman, I appreciate that you're a bit more chill than a lot of other Christians, but quite honestly, a lot of us atheists don't really care how you approach conversion. We've already made up our minds, how would you feel if I tried to disprove God while you were minding your own business, you'd probably be annoyed. Same principle with atheism, unless someone is actively trying to join your faith, please leave us alone.

So true, this is exactly how I feel. I used to be Christian but I'm not anymore. Tbh, I just got tired of all the hypocrisy and bigotry associated with Christians I know and have seen. Some Christians talk about wanting to love and forgive people of their sins, but then are the first to berate you or judge you if you don't do or follow their religion. In my opinion, if God wanted his followers to love everyone, he would tell them to respect everyone no matter their affiliation, rather than harass them and shove their religion down strangers' throats.

@@bananaant3622 I meant this message as less of a way to try to convert atheists because that is not my place. Instead I’m trying to push a motive of still treating non believers with the same love that Jesus Christ gave in the historical context. I also have many close atheist friends who are very passionate about their ideas and whenever we discuss our alternative views I always make sure to include that I am not trying to convert them. I respect their beliefs and they also respect mine. My point is I understand that it is not my place to try to convert people to Christianity, but I still believe that anyone who does not agree with my faith should not be treated as less of a human being and I (as well as other Christian’s) should still treat them with the same love that we found in Jesus. And that’s the motive that I’m trying to push. Sorry if it seemed like I was pushing a tactic to try to convert people. I truly free ball these videos without a script lol.

@@iamspenver very true. Many Christians including me have acted horribly towards people while still self proclaiming how much they love Jesus. It truly frustrates me that the church is perceived that way now but I don’t blame anyone for feeling the way you do. Jesus’s teachings prove that no christian is better than you or any non believer. We are all truly equal (but i know you know that) Also if I were to join a basketball team and wear the jersey as I burnt down a hospital. While I am representing that team by committing a horrible act, my idiotic action does not make the teams values change, and truthfully the coach/manager (God) would be very very disappointed and upset with me for representing his team so poorly. I truly believe that I have found an amazing truth to my life through Jesus. And I found that outside of the church. I don’t intend on changing your beliefs because that is not my place but I hope you appreciate that my personal love for Jesus should not be corrupted by someone else’s mistake. Because at the end of the day, we’re are all human and make mistakes

@@MikolChristian Fair enough, it seems I misinterpreted your point. It looks like you put a fair bit of effort in your response, I appreciate that.

@MikolChristian i appreciate that man, truly. The world needs more people like you. Some of the nicest people i know are also Christian, which just goes to show that the vocal minority of bad Christians and/or other religious persons give religion a bad rep. I was very emotional in my response, and I did not mean to diss Christianity as a whole or write off everyone that is a part of the religion. I apologize for making a general statement that is just not true. I respect you and your faith, and I think that it's awesome that you've found a purpose and calling in your life. I also respect you for not trying to force Christianity, but rather inform people of what it is. I think all religions and faiths are beautiful and what makes humanity awesome; it's just unfortunate that a small amount of people are able to ruin someone's perception of an entire group of people. Again, I apologize for my comment and how emotionally charged it was. I hope you have a good rest of your evening, and keep spreading your positivity mate. All the best 👊❤️
