The screen time own is pretty inactive, Because When the time runs off and the app is blocked. The ask for more time option comes on and you can pick 1 more minute without having to put a passcode. Which can keep the person in your phone.

You can restrict a page of your iPhone by going to the widget page. Then at the same time click the edit and voice type button. After the voice type will open so click the home button. Your current page will not turn unless you click on the small dots at the bottom (on top of the bottom apps) To get rid of this use the small dots to go to the widget page. Click the home button and everything will be back to normal
