try to push your stomach!! i swear it's way more affective solution than just drinkin! and I'm telling you guys drinkin is the worst, especially carbonate. and thinking about things that you worrying or something and focus on that to make your brains anxious, because when we're relaxing, our stomachs work more actively and growling constantly. anyways, I hope your stomachs get good meals after class!!

A trick that could be helpful is breathing in and out really fast . By doing that it can trick your stomach by thinking it did digest food when it didn't. Though sometimes it doesn't work , simply because you were to late or completely forgot or just stopped to early , anyways hope this helps a bit. Of course a way to get rid of it to prevent that , would just be to eat in the morning or even bring a snack to eat in between classes ,with high amounts of calories , so that you feel full and not hungry.

good way to stop it from rumbling is when u feel it coming hold your stomach in by breathing in and let out and hold in again till it's gone. do not eat dairy or big meals before class, try to avoid an empty stomach before school

Yeah it happens to me when i'm in class every single day. We are only six in my class and it's usually really quiet, so every time my stomach growls we all can hear it. It makes me feel so sad and embarassed because i don't know how to stop it from making those noises. Me personally It doesn't really happen much to me but I've done research to help you gets. Do not eat food or drink any energy drink in the night it can set it off. make sure your eating habits are right. ex - eating breakfast at 7:00 eating lunch at 12:00 or 15:00 etc.

Learn how to make yourself burp when you don't have to burp. Its gas. It started with just stomach growls but it somehow turned into weird noises in my throat. One method i found useful but tiring was to hold my breath, suck in my stomach, and cletched my ass for 1 minute 💀💀 IT WORKED... but it was still embarrassing because i was gasping for air every 5 minutes. Now i learned how to burp... silently. Weird, it sounds very weird but IT WORKS BRO. Push air down down your throat then almost force it out. Do it gently cuz worse case scenario you let out a huge ahh burp 😂😂 Keep your mouth CLOSED. If it does make a noise it very muffled and its better than people thinking you took a fat shit in the middle of class. Do it when you feel a growl coming. Drink water, dont think about. During exams and test.... goodluck bruh 😥
