Great video. Other benefits of top talent include: 1. You need fewer employees, which means less managerial overhead. 2. Top talent attracts other top talent.

Summary --High performing employees are four to eight times as productive as a normal average employee -- If you have better talent you will beat your competitors. --Talent beat strategy because Talent executes on the strategy -- two out of every three strategies that are set to be completed by a company actually fail due to the talent --we need to stop thinking about what do we want as a business and we need to start thinking about what does top talent want out of an employer --what if your job is not to work harder but to get better talent to work harder on your behalf --attract top talent with an employee value proposition. --five pieces to an employee value proposition: compensation, benefits, career, work environment, and culture --employee value proposition-the five T's: Targeting talent; Top qualities; Touch points; Tracking results

Company Talent Match is also known as Employer Value Proposition in the industry. essentially - what do you offer in totality (not just compensation, benefits, etc) that makes you as an employer of higher value to candidates than your competitor. Once you get your EVP right, candidates will seek YOU, not the other way around.

High performing employees will DEMAND to do things THEIR WAY. A business have often invested heavily into processes, tools, software, agreements, whatever, and the sum of all this makes the company somewhat unattractive. A company must allow itself to be challenged and be open to changes in painful areas. If not the good people do not want to work there. Good people have a tendency to favour new and exiting stuff over old and boring. But this is how good people retain its value and how they invest in themselves. If you don't like them to invest in themselves, then you cannot have good people.

There is in my simple mind one problem you may not have seen Your designing everything for profit But other than being able to talk so fast, You forgot people have to be able to listen. Do you think talking fast sells? Or being able to give every word it's value and meaning It blind sides the side lobes of pure thought. It's better to allowing the meaning to sink in and allow satisfaction rather than conjecture. To fast gives way to narrow mindedness. And there is always a way that it can be broken, Just as my neighbour talks a blue streak, You can't get a word in edge wise, Where one day she wanted to talk to a friend, and so she did, but my other friend listened from noon until 5 when she said I have someone at the door and have to go. She is as lonely as they come. One day this will come home to roost, It is better to listen than put your foot into
