coach, can you perform a duck under towards the opponent's right arm that you've trapped? also, is there any concern on the position of your neck @1:43? i'm afraid of potentially getting stuck or having my opponent do a neck crank on me.

For people wanting an answer: So long as you pressure through or pull out from there, not at all.
@michaelsutherland90699 ай бұрын
I woukld be very careful trying to hit a peak out on an underhook. You can easily get thrown to your back. peak Out work better on overhooks or tricept ties.

Wrist trap directly counters this, the moment u grab an elbow on a good wrestler they’re gonna grab your wrist and get behind u

I’m the type that’ll spend my last dollar on a chopper, Blocka blocka, Chiraq turned me into a monster mobster, They don’t love you until they reach cougar status, By then you don’t want them out of their fabrics, I don’t believe in magic, But I believe I’m savage, Blowing on blunts the size of carrots, ‘Cause dummy I been leaning over like Bugs Bunny, Duh dummy, It only makes cents to love money, Every since I pissed off the thugs bummy, My life is non-lovely, None loved me, Squeezing his trigger aiming at me the mug gunning, I’m just a black tiger, Swifter than a viper, Today I’ll shake your hand, Tomorrow I might bite ya, Today I might smile & glance, Tomorrow I might strike ya, & that ole lady won’t hold my hand even though she know I like her, But it’s okay I been the shit since diapers, surrounded by goons that’s tatted like bikers, & you don’t got to be sentenced to be a lifer!

Yes, grab the elbow that is on your chin/neck and pull it in to you tightly, then get off your knees so you are in a tripod position, sprint into the opponent, and dump. You should get out of it from there.

Its a lot tougher at that point but this is a must learn move if you want easy pins. Single legs are the best against really great wrestlers but most of my 10 second pins have come from this move. Fireman carry, knee tap and this move are moves that I suggest every wrestler learn because most coaches don't work on these moves a lot but they are very important.
