Looks like 2019 Armada ARV skis, look pivots (hard to tell), and Roxa boots...but I'm just a guy googling, so who knows lol

not sure why this matters even just seems like he's using skis that work good for powder so over 100mm base, tons of rocker at least in the tip, for boots probably just super nice, probably pretty firm boots, always professionally fitted, then bindings doesn't really matter but probably nice bindings too

How long are you skis? What’s like a recommended length to have this really snappy quick control?

It’s all personal preference, some skiers like to ski longer, some shorter. But for snappy probably go shorter as the ski will be lighter and therefore easier to rotate
