Thanks! I'm doing a driver seat in a 2019 Subaru Outback Limited. It's supposed to be a leather seat, but only the middle section is leather. The side bolsters are vinyl and separating at only 66k miles. I've had two other Outbacks and the seats were all leather and never presented issues. They cheapened out.... This looks to be a straight forward install for someone that hasn't done upholstery work before.

Great instruction. Quick question, I removed my seat cover and it was originally attached with round hog clips. The clips I purchased are not. They are more triangular when closed. Do you think it matters? Vehicle is a 2012 Jeep wrangler with leather and heated seats. Thanks

The way his foam looks is how it comes. You need the channels to attach the hog rings.

Yes you can. Use something that's heavy duty
