I learned to knit from you last winter and quickly switched to continental as it is easier on my wrists. I do still come back to your channel often because you have so much valuable information to share.

I've knit for years, usually like this, but now have hand issues (2x carpal tunnel caused some nerve and grip issues, compounded by fibromyalgia), do you have any tips for holding the yarn for maximum comfort, while still giving a consistent tension? 🤞
