What are the options for a sink top switch when the disposal is hard-wired (ie disposal is not plugged in under sink, and there is no outlet under sink)? I can't find any sink top switch options that are not air switches??

You would have to install an outlet box with (duplex) receptacle at some point along ""hard-wired" length. Usually very easy.
