A twa is a teeny weeny afro, obv hers isnt that, awkward stage is almost touching your shoulder in its natural state and hers isnt like that nor passed her shoulder so its short hair

Let us remember that "short" is a relative term. For someone who may have had super long hair, this length is short. For someone whose a serial tapered hair chopper 🤚, this length is goals 😂😂. She may be accounting for shrinkage too by saying "short". Just be inspired until you can copy the look.

This is how I do mine except I don't use the scarf I use a regular hair tie. People always are complementing my hair and saying how pretty it is. I even did it on my cousin who had short damaged hair but when she saw it she was like "THIS ISNT ALL MY HAIR!??" This has been my go to style for a long time
