Some pro tips: Geese will continue to land regardless of hunting pressure. Some of the fields in Ritterstein and Müllerswald are pretty good, but I consistently get more golds out of the Petershein cornfields. Setting up a layout blind about 50m from the decoys usually works very well to keep them from spooking as soon as you aim. Additionally if you can set it up on a slight incline toward your decoys it helps you see the geese better.

I went on a full geese hunt after finishing my online classes and lessons on connexus, and even now, I still hear the geese calls...

Same when I’m goose hunting I always fell like I’m hearing goose calls even when nothings around, it’s so funny

Yo just curious… they changed the way the geese take off now right? I’ve looked at older videos, but after the new waterfowl update I feel like they don’t do a slow vertical takeoff anymore, it’s almost like a fast takeoff. Am I trippin? Feels hard now.

Yes the shotgun with 6 shells is the Cacciatore 12 gauge
