I’ve never been but I’ve seen so many videos of ichiran that I know what it is. That little tray is the refill noodle tray. When you refill an order of noodles. They place that tray on the spot and it plays the song. There’s other color trays aswell but the green is refilling for noodles

Ichiran's soup is good, toppings not that much. Good reference point to know what is good and what is not but is not in any way the best. Most popular overseas yeah.
