Thanks for the video I live in east Texas and can't find any information abought mugwort here I guess I'll keep looking. I'm planning on using it to dream better as I've been trying to lucid dream

I always get this mixed up with yerba santa. They look so similar when they're dry.

Where can you find this plant 🌱? Can you find it in south Texas in the wild or by buying only?

Unfortunately i think it's more of a northern plant. I'm not sure if there are any Artemisia that grow in Texas other than Artemisia schmidtiana and i didn't see any information for medicinal uses of that plant.

I live in SC I see these everywhere in the woods so just go looking around one day

@@EatThePlanet mugwort isn't just a northern plant as it grows all over the United States in the wild you just won't find it in the western region of America where it's mostly all desert. But one has to remember that mugwort is native to three regions Europe, Asia, and in the north/South Eastern side of America

You can buy it online. What part of the country do you live in? I'm curious if its there.

@@EatThePlanet Pennsylvania and oh yes we have it everywhere.This was my first time harvesting it and I greatly underestimated how much I would need to make it threw winter so I am almost out.

@@EatThePlanetmy grandma turned me on to it years ago, it is great for mild depression and arthritis pain. My father use to harvest it and just give me some when needed..now I now why he filled half of the garage with it when harvesting. It goes fast.
