Sir, wave generated by SA node is p wave and if qrs complex preceded by p wave than its sinus rhythm, but as u said for PACs that abnormal p wave with qrs complex coming prematurely is PAC…this made me confused? Please explain

if P was is generated from SA node, its sinus rhythm. simple. PAC originates from atria not SA node.

In ventricle tachy cardia the impulse orginate from single foci or from multiple foci and will the impulse is from ventricle muscle or bundle of his ,purkingi fiber
