Thank you so much for this lecture. It opened my mind up to the mistakes I've made in relating with people. When he said we should not excavate people from the past... Wow. That was just too me. In order not to offend anyone or just to make them feel important, I had brought people in who added nothing to my life nor cared. Emotional intelligence is vital. This is a lecture people must listen to and unlearn many bad habits.
